Weekly plans bound to your own markers

A protocol in Hale is a weekly plan written from your own data. Tell it what you are after — a lower ApoB, a better VO2 max, sleep that stops falling apart — and Hale designs four pillars from your markers, what it remembers about you, your training profile if you give one and that goal: Training, Nutrition, Recovery and, only where it is warranted, Peptides. It favours the plain disciplines first — sleep, whole food, consistent training — before any compound, and it says which marker each pillar is meant to move.

Bound to your numbers. Every item in the plan is something you tick off, and Hale keeps that adherence week by week. When a pillar targets a marker, Hale schedules the re-test — a lab marker with no rhythm of its own is due again after eight weeks, one plan cycle — and the reminder appears on My Data when it comes due.

The weekly digest. Once a week Hale reads the plan against the data: which markers moved and in which direction, how much of each pillar you actually ticked off, and one concrete suggestion for the plan. On Hale Pro, applying that suggestion re-tunes the protocol in place instead of starting over.

Pricing. Hale Core ($4.99 a month) includes four protocols a month. Hale Pro ($14.99 a month) makes them unlimited and adds the re-tuning that keeps a plan honest as your numbers move.

Educational, not prescribed. A protocol is general guidance built from your inputs, not a treatment plan, and Hale never sells or sources anything. Peptides, compounded medications and many supplements are regulated, often prescription-only and legal in some places and not others; anything in that pillar is a question for a clinician, not an instruction. Hale is for adults 18 and older.
