Something not working, or a question about your account or data? Email hello@allhale.app — a real person answers, usually within one business day.
Inside the app. Help & Guide in the sidebar walks through every feature and has a Contact support button, which sends us a message with your account attached — the fastest way to get a specific problem solved. The same button is on the Privacy & Data page.
Adding your data. Upload a lab panel (PDF or photo) or a screenshot of your Apple Watch or Health stats from My Data — Hale reads the values and files them under the right markers. You can also type values in, or just mention them in chat.
Apple Watch (Hale Pro). In the Hale iPhone app, open My Data and tap Connect Apple Watch. After one permission sheet, new Watch readings reach Hale on their own. Stop automatic sync on the same card turns it off; the permission itself lives in iPhone Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Hale. Connecting an Apple Watch is part of Hale Pro; on Hale Core the same button shows the plans instead.
Hale on Apple Watch. Install Hale on your Watch from the Watch app on your iPhone. Once you are signed in to Hale on the iPhone, the Watch signs itself in. If it doesn't, open Hale on the iPhone, then tap Pair again in Hale's Settings on the Watch. To stop the Watch sending its live readings, turn off Upload live Watch data there. The Daily review notification is under Notifications in the same Settings. To sign a Watch out, tap Sign out of this Watch on the Watch, or use Settings → Account → Hale on Apple Watch → Sign out this Watch in Hale on your iPhone or at allhale.app.
Deleting your data. The Privacy & Data page (Settings → Account → Privacy & data) lets you export or delete your markers, memories, and chats, or permanently delete your whole account with Close account & delete data, at any time and without asking us. See Delete your Hale account.
Subscriptions. Manage or cancel your plan from Settings → Account at allhale.app: "Manage billing" opens our payment provider's billing portal, where you can cancel, change your card, resume a cancelled plan, or download invoices. In the iOS app in the United States, tapping a plan opens checkout in Safari and the app unlocks when you come back; elsewhere, plans are managed on the web — sign in at allhale.app in your browser. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for; partial periods aren't refunded. Cancelling is not deleting — your account and everything in it stay exactly as they are.
Who can use Hale. Hale is for adults 18 and older, and asks for your date of birth once when you create an account to confirm it.
Hale is not a medical service. It's an educational wellness tool — see the Medical Disclaimer. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
