Delete your Hale account

Last updated October 1, 2026 · Just Hale LLC

You can delete your Hale account and everything in it at any time, yourself, without asking us and without waiting for us.

From inside Hale — the fastest way. Open Settings, choose Privacy, then Close account & delete data. The same button is on the Privacy & Data page, which opens from Settings → Account → Privacy & data. It takes effect immediately. This works on the web, on iOS and on Android.

If you can't sign in. Email hello@allhale.app from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you, delete the account, and reply to confirm — normally within one business day, and always within 30 days.

What is deleted. Everything tied to the account in our live database: your email and name, your date of birth, your health markers and their history, everything Hale remembered about you, what you wrote under Personalization, your protocols, your chat history, your Apple Watch sign-ins and the Watch's live readings, and the messages you sent to Support. It is removed from the live database, not flagged as hidden. Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time, and the unused part of the period is not refunded. If you signed in with Apple, Hale's access to your Apple ID is revoked.

What is kept, and for how long. Hale's own backups delete each copy when it is 30 days old, and our hosting provider's disk snapshots expire on its own schedule (see Backups in the Privacy Policy). Our payment provider, Stripe, keeps the billing records it is required to keep by law. A message you sent to Support was also delivered to our support inbox by email and stays there until we delete it — ask and we will. Our server logs, which can include your email address, are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time. Hale has no advertising profile, no third-party trackers, and does not sell or share your data.

Want to take your data with you first? Privacy & Data also exports everything as a single file. Do that before deleting — deletion cannot be undone.

Questions about any of this: hello@allhale.app.
