Lab markers, tracked and understood

Hale turns a lab panel into numbers you can actually follow. Upload the PDF or a photo of it, type a value in, or just mention it in chat — Hale extracts each value, files it under the right marker, and keeps the history so the next reading has something to stand next to.
What it tracks. Any marker you give it. Seventeen of the most common come with typical reference ranges built in, so a reading is flagged the moment it lands outside them: ApoB, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, total cholesterol, fasting glucose, HbA1c, vitamin D, hs-CRP, TSH, ferritin, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, VO2 max and sleep duration. Everything else is tracked with the unit you gave it.
Trends, targets and re-tests. Every marker gets a time series, and you can set a target to chase for any of them. When a protocol or a Digital Twin projection says a marker should be checked again, the re-test shows up on My Data when it comes due, so a follow-up panel is not something you have to remember.
Apple Watch. Connect it once in the Hale iPhone app and its readings keep arriving on their own, whenever your Watch syncs: resting and walking heart rate, HRV, VO2 max, steps, active energy, exercise minutes, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, breathing disturbances during sleep, wrist temperature, weight, sleep with its deep and REM stages, and the blood pressure, blood glucose and water intake that other devices and apps log to Apple Health. Hale reads them from Apple Health with your permission — read-only, nothing is ever written back — and you can stop automatic sync from My Data at any time. Apple Watch is the only wearable Hale connects to, and it has its own Hale app. Apple Watch sync is part of Hale Pro ($14.99 a month); every other way of adding a marker is in Hale Core ($4.99 a month) too.
My Data, in sections. Every marker is filed under Heart, Sleep, Breathing, Blood, Hydration, Activity, Body or Other, each with tiles and a chart.
For your clinician. One tap produces a short PDF of your markers, ranges and trends for an appointment, and Privacy & Data exports everything you have entered as a single file.
What Hale is not. An educational wellness tool for adults 18 and older, not a diagnosis. A flagged reading means "worth asking about", and a clinician is who to ask. Uploaded panels are read once and not kept as files; only the values you choose to save are stored, encrypted at rest.
